Earlier today, it was reported that the US had decided to increase security measures by preventing Airline passengers from the Middle East from boarding flights with their laptop and tablet devices, and now it appears the UK have followed suit.

A spokesperson for the prime minister of England told press earlier today,
The additional security measures may cause some disruption for passengers and flights, and we understand the frustration that will cause, but our top priority will always be to maintain the safety of British nationals.

HTC are not the only one releasing a limited edition smartphone. In a bid to raise awareness for HIV and AIDS, Apple are releasing a limited iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 plus. Apple teamed with  a popular non-profit organisation called RED to produce the smartphone device.

Parents Can Now Monitor Their Kids Online Activties With Google Family Link App

Google is launching a new app called Family Link which will allow for families with kids to create accounts and monitor their children's online activities. 

 The new platform will also allow parents to approve or block if necessary apps they do or do not want their children to download.

In a statement released via Google, they explained,
“[Family Link] can’t make the apps or services on their phone that were designed for adults kid-safe; it’s up to parents to choose what’s right for their kid.”

Google is the King of rolling out new features, which is why it probably comes as no surprise that Google has found yet another way to improve their email services for Android users.

Earlier this week, Google introduced some Android users to a cool feature which allows users to send and receive money with just a click of a button from their smartphone devices.

Non-Gmail recipients will be pleased to know that do not need to use Gmail in order to receive the money. However, in order to send money to recipients, Android users must make sure they have sufficient funds in their Google Wallet account.

Intel To Buy Driveless Technology Firm MobileEye

Back in 2016 rumours circulated that Intel had teamed up with BMW and driverless technology firm MobileEye to develop self-driving cars. Fast forward to 2017 and now its appears Intel have scrapped their initial idea and have now decided to buy MobileEye for $15.3 billion dollars.

During a live news segment on Squawk on Street, CNBC's Jim Cramer explained why felt the new acquisition was a great idea.
