The US and US Ban Laptops and Tablets From Being Carried Onto Flights

Earlier today, it was reported that the US had decided to increase security measures by preventing Airline passengers from the Middle East from boarding flights with their laptop and tablet devices, and now it appears the UK have followed suit.

A spokesperson for the prime minister of England told press earlier today,

Some of the airlines affected by the ban include British Airways, EasyJet, Jet2.com, Monarch, Thomas Cook and Thomson. While other airlines include Turkish, Pegasus Airways, Atlas-Global Airlines, Middle East Airlines, EgyptAir, Royal Jordanian, Tunis Air and Saudia.

Countries affected by the ban include Egypt, Turkey, Lebanon, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
